What the instrument can tell you

Plankton helps you inspect available observations and save your interpretation. A matching name, social mention, risk check or quote does not establish token affiliation, safety or future profit. Social samples have limited coverage. Missing feeds remain unavailable; demonstration data is labeled separately.

Alerts check while the dashboard is open and enabled. There are no external alert notifications, wallet connections or trade execution.

Account and research data

The server stores your username, password hash, recovery-code hash, session records and account dates. Keep your recovery code: email recovery is not connected. Research records, followed stories, notes, saved views and support messages are stored on the server. Account records are separated by account; the service operator can administer the underlying storage.

The application records dated workflow events to measure activation and return visits. Authentication limits use a hash of the connecting IP address. Application request logs record response status and duration; the hosted preview runs on OVHcloud infrastructure in Virginia, USA. OVHcloud may maintain infrastructure and security logs.

Cookies and external requests

A session cookie keeps you signed in. Dashboard preferences may also use browser storage. Server requests to configured data providers can include your research query, token contract or pool identifier. Opening a source link takes you to that provider's website and its own privacy practices.

Optional AI requires configured access and has usage limits. Its evidence explanations are not validated trading predictions. Retained X evidence is excluded from the AI investigation input and research exports in this build. Never put passwords, payment details or wallet secrets into notes or support messages.

Retention, export and help

Saved account and research records remain after preview access expires. There is no automatic account-deletion interface or published retention schedule yet. Account & support offers a research export and a private support queue, including after access expires. The research export is not a complete copy of account, security or provider records.

Support replies to requests in the account queue appear in the account page. You can also contact support@planktonradar.com without an account. Incoming mail is forwarded through Cloudflare to the operator's Gmail inbox. Forwarding is configured; end-to-end delivery has not yet been tested. Replies may come from the operator's Gmail address while branded sending is being set up. No response time is promised.

Payment status

This build supports test-mode billing only. The proposed $39/month plan is a pricing hypothesis, not an active offer. No real subscription charge can be made through this preview.
